Tracy joined the firm in 2016 as the Office Manager. She is responsible for coordinating the marketing initiatives and business development. Tracy also oversees the office contracts and insurances as well as all human resource responsibilities.
Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego in 1998, her Masters of Science in Business and Marketing Education from Nazareth College in 2005, and her Advanced Certification in School Building and School District Leadership from the University of Rochester in 2010.
Prior to joining Segar & Sciortino, Tracy worked for six years as the Suites and Catering Manager and the Director of Merchandising for the Rochester Red Wings before joining the Wayne Central School District as the Graduation Requirements Coordinator for 10 years.
Tracy is on the Board of the Association of Legal Administrators and took on the role of Membership Chair in January 2023. She also serves as the Advisory Board Co-Chair for the Monroe Community College Paralegal Studies Program and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Tracy resides in Penfield with her husband Matt and their two daughters Sofia and Mia.
