Cristian, a Rochester native, joined Segar & Sciortino in January 2024 to handle Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases. Cristian grew up in Webster before leaving to attend college. Cristian graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2017, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
In 2019, Cristian attended law school at SUNY Buffalo (UB) to pursue his dream of becoming a lawyer. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2022. While attending UB, Cristian was a member of the Human Rights Law Review, and started his own student organization, the Student Wellness Society (SWS). SWS is an organization started by students in an attempt to bring awareness to the mental health issues in law school and in the legal profession generally. Cristian also worked as a teaching assistant on UB’s inaugural class on mental health, “Mental Health in the Legal Profession,” taught by Dan Lukasik, a leading educator in the field. Today, Cristian continues his work in this area as a member of the NY State Bar Association’s Committee on Attorney Wellbeing.
Outside of work, Cristian loves to lift weights, watch a good TV show, and spend time with his family and friends.
