Jason, who joined the firm in September 2000 and became a Partner in 2014, practices in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability and Personal Injury. Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, he graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in May 1997, received his law degree in May 2000 from Albany Law School, and was admitted to the bar in January 2001.

At RPI, Jason was a four-year letterman on the basketball team and elected captain his senior year. During law school, he participated in the Litigation Clinic and a National Moot Court competition at Fordham Law School.

Jason is on the Board of Directors of the Anthony Poselovich Memorial Foundation (www.anthonyposelovichfoundation.org). The foundation was created in honor of his son Anthony, who passed away in November 2010 after a lengthy battle with cancer. The foundation assists families who have children with cancer up to age 5 and are in dire financial need. The foundation also sponsors a sibling room at the new Golisano Children’s Hospital in Anthony’s name.

Away from the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Cathi and son Andre, along with swimming, lifting weights and reading.
