Cristina joined Segar & Sciortino in August 2022. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, she graduated from Law School in 2018 at the University of Cadiz. Cristina obtained a Master’s in Business Strategy and Management from ESERP Business and Law School in 2019. In January 2020, she moved to Rochester and completed her Master’s in Spanish Law from the International University La Rioja (UNIR) virtually. Cristina then attended the University of Buffalo and graduated with a Master’s in U.S. Law (LL.M.) in 2021. She is awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.

Prior to joining Segar & Sciortino, Cristina acquired professional experience in Workers’ Compensation, Immigration, and Wills, Trusts and Estates Law through her past employment experiences. She is also an active volunteer at Just Cause. Cristina feels she best serves her community by concentrating in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law.

Cristina deeply admires her parents, who have instilled in her and her brother the worth of perseverance, always leading them by example, and proving that success follows hard and humble work.

Cristina lives in Rochester with her husband and their dog. She enjoys training in Jiu Jitsu, playing volleyball, reading, traveling and cooking.
