As a member of the Rochester community for over 30 years, Segar & Sciortino is proud to sponsor and participate in various community endeavors.
Anthony Poselovich Memorial Foundation
The Anthony Poselovich Memorial Foundation is dedicated to helping the families of children with cancer. Founded by Jason and Cathi Poselovich, the organization provides assistance to families with children, ages 0-12, who have been diagnosed with cancer in Western New York. The Foundation provides monetary support to assist with medical bills, funeral and obituary costs, and to help families find ways to make new, happy memories together by providing tickets to events, amusement parks, museums and zoos so that siblings and sick children can just be kids for a little while. In addition, the Foundation has partnered with Golisano Children’s Hospital in sponsoring a large hospital room in Anthony’s name.
Alongside Jason Poselovich, Stephen A. Segar holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Anthony Poselovich Memorial Foundation.
Each November, Segar & Sciortino is a major sponsor of a Silent Auction which raises money to support the Foundation.
Rochester Americans (Amerks)
Segar & Sciortino is the official sponsor of the Rochester Americans Hockey Team. Each season we are proud to sponsor a Hat Day with the first 2,500 fans receiving a winter beanie hat.
Rochester Knighthawks
On October 25, 2019, Segar & Sciortino announced a new sponsorship with the Rochester Knighthawks Indoor Lacrosse team. All games are played on Segar & Sciortino Field at the Blue Cross Arena. In addition, we sponsor a Hat Day for the first 2,500 fans.
Rochester Red Wings
Segar & Sciortino is the official sponsor of the Rochester Red Wings Baseball Team. Each season the first 2,000 fans will receive a baseball hat courtesy of Segar & Sciortino.
Segar & Sciortino Award for Integrity
Segar & Sciortino is proud to support four high school students in their future endeavors by providing the Segar & Sciortino Award for Integrity. One student from Aquinas Institute, Brighton, Honeoye Falls-Lima and Palmyra-Macedon High Schools are selected each year. Students receiving the award are known to teachers, faculty and staff for displaying good judgment and high moral character, being honest and ethical and displaying leadership qualities.
Segar & Sciortino Scholarship in Paralegal Studies
Segar & Sciortino extended their scholarship offerings to college students in 2019 by partnering with Monroe Community College. Two students a year receive the Segar & Sciortino Scholarship in Paralegal Studies. The students must have a 3.0 or higher GPA in the Paralegal Studies program, have completed a minimum of 11 credits and wrote an essay explaining the importance of the Paralegal Program to their future.

Pittsford United Soccer Club
Segar & Sciortino is proud to support the teams in the Pittsford United Soccer Club.
J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge
